The stage is set for an unforgettable summer in Downtown Barrie. The Downtown Barrie BIA is proud to present the Troubadour Festival, presented by Paul Sadlon Motors, a free outdoor concert series that brings together some of Canada’s most celebrated musical talent for nights of live music, community energy, and summer celebration in the heart of the city.
